Managing diverse events of a diverse team in one place
The application is designed for managing the event calendar of Narodni dom Maribor by both internal and external collaborators.

Google™ Calendar Integration
Users can directly save additional information related to events within Google™ Calendar. The fields are customized to the needs of Narodni dom Maribor and include options that organizers can adjust themselves.
The application only collects data from events on the Narodni dom Maribor calendars. Events from other user calendars (such as private events) are neither collected nor accessed by the application.
Synchronization with the website and other systems
The application automatically synchronizes calendar data with Google™ Sheets, the website, and other event communication systems.
This simplifies the work for website editors, as they don’t have to worry about the accuracy of general event information or manually copy and paste data.
Looker Studio analytics
Events are synced to dedicated spreadsheet which presents a data source for Looker Studio. This is where we have prepared various dashboards to track most important data with various filters.
